Patient Participation Group

Non-urgent advice: Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Working together for a better patient experience.

The PPG consists of volunteer patients and GP Practice staff who meet regularly to maximise the opportunity for a positive change in the local health service and to develop a more informed patient community.

The aim is to encourage a colloborative forum between practice and patients, provide a patient perspective to the practice, help support the practice with projects and to encourage patients to use their voice to help influence their local healthcare services.

PPG meetings are currently held 3-4 times per year, on Thursday afternoons.

If you would like to involved in discussions that could help to drive change in the practice, we would love to welcome you as a member. We would like to encourage patients of all ages to join as members to ensure a fair representation of our patient community.

If you are interested in joining, please read the terms of reference form below and complete the sign up form and a member of staff will be in touch.
