Patchs is available for use between 9am - 12 noon. 

We are pleased to now offer Patchs online consultation service. This should be used for non-urgent enquiries. 

All patients can register for patchs by clicking the photo above or going to https://patchs.ai/practice/uptonvillagesurgery

By registering, you will be able to: 

• Submit non-urgent medical enquiries 
• Submit non-medical enquiries including sick note requests, request for GP letter 
• Access Health Advice 

All requests will be responded to within 48 hours (weekends excluded)

This service will not replace patients being seen face to face. We will still be offering the same service as before including face to face and telephone consultations. Patchs is an additional service we are offering to improve flexibility and choice for patients.
