We provide a number of services which are not covered by the NHS and a fee is usually payable for these. These include certain types of medical examinations e.g. those required for HGV and PSV driving licences, pre-employment, fitness to participate in certain sports etc. A fee is also payable for the completion of forms e.g. private patient medicals, accident/sickness and holiday cancellation insurance claim forms, letters for travel fitness and private sick notes.
