If you are too ill to attend the surgery a home visit can be arranged. Please assist us by telephoning before 10.00am so that the doctors can plan their visits. Please give an outline of the problem so that the doctors can prioritise accordingly.
The doctors and nurses will be happy to give advice on the telephone. However, the receptionists have been asked not to interrupt if they are with a patient, unless the case is urgent. You may be asked to phone back or leave a telephone number for the doctor or nurse to contact you.
